These terms govern your use of Tutary, a scheduling and billing tool for tutors and their students. By creating an account, you agree to them.
The service
Tutary lets tutors manage students, schedule lessons, share homework, and track payment status. It is offered on a Free plan (up to 2 students) and a paid Pro plan. Tutary does not currently process card payments on your behalf — payment status is recorded manually by the tutor.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be old enough to enter into an agreement in your country to create a tutor account. A student account may be created by the student directly or, for a minor, by their parent or guardian.
Acceptable use
Use Tutary only for legitimate tutoring-related purposes. Don't use it to send spam or abusive messages, attempt to access another account's data, or interfere with the service's normal operation.
Content you create
You keep ownership of the lesson notes, homework materials, and messages you create. You're responsible for what you post and for having the right to share it.
Plans and billing
The Free plan and its limits are described on our pricing page. We'll give notice before any change to Pro plan pricing that affects your existing subscription.
Termination
You can stop using Tutary and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer and liability
Tutary is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not a party to the tutoring relationship between a tutor and their student and aren't responsible for the quality or conduct of lessons arranged through the platform.
